Bush is waiting until after the new year to (maybe) make changes to his Iraq war "policy." I wonder how many people will be tortured and killed while Dumbya's got his thinkin' cap on.
How much more of this sociopathic incompetence can the congress and general public take? My hope is that somehow, somewhere there is a bipartisan group quietly discussing impeachment procedures, and any day now the news will break that Bush & Cheney's days are very numbered.
I'm waiting....

If wishing could only make it so. I'm right there with you in believing that there have to be more smart people than just us who see this on going murder in Iraq has got to be stopped just as the man who started it must be stopped.
Wow, I was just blogging about this same thing!
He doesn't want to listen to the advice of anybody who suggests our country has made mistakes during his time in office. He is way too addled by testosterone and religion to make coherent decisions.
I believe Bush and Cheney's days must be numbered. I don't know if the USA can survive 768 more days of this garbage. I just finished reading John Dean's "Worse Than Watergate"... it's a great, quick read that focuses on the ways in which Bush and Cheney have broken rules in order to stay in power and to increase that power. This administration IS worse than the Nixon administration, by a mile or two.
I still think it's entirely possible stuff will come to light within the next year that will make impeachment of Dick & Shrub pretty much mandatory.
I always thought he had that choice to lead, follow of get out of the way, to bad his royal apeness has chosen the latter and decided to do nothing.
I think I'm starting to come around on the Impeachment issue. For God's sake the man is fiddling while Rome burns. He refuses to accept reality that we can't win and over 70% of the voters are against his policies and the war in Iraq. Its beginning to look like the only way to end this thing is for Congress to cut off the funding. The fratboy in chief is pulling a Hitler and divorcing himself from reality in his bunker, with Cheney, Rove, and Rice playing the roles of Goering, Goebbels and Bormann. Scary stuff.
I'm very glad that I'm not alone on this. The call for W's impeachment is growing stronger and getting louder -- especially now that Bush may send more troops to die in Iraq. Enough is enough.
I have that book, Snave, but I haven't read it yet. I agree that this admin is way worse than Watergate. Big time.
I can't see any option but investigations and impeachment.
But then again I didn't think my nation retarded enough to elect this bunch even once, much less twice.
That's of course admitting what happened could be characterized as elections.
No Lizzie, you're not alone - the question is have enough sleeping terrorized fools woken up yet so that we might restore the Constitution and regain America?
I don't know, Paul... This is 'Tard Nation, after all. I say that because as you mentioned, they elected this current bunch not once, but two times, with at least the first time being a suspect result.
In about 3 weeks we may get to see some investigating begin. I think about all it would take to make impeachment seem mandatory would be thorough investigations of Haliburton and of the administration's pre-war antics.
