Brrrrrrrrrr

We are in the deep freeze here in Minnesota. It's during times like these that I consider moving to a warmer climate. Right now it is -9. Tomorrows high is going to be -5, with a windchill of -25 to -35. It's going to be like this until next week. It's safe to assume that I will be staying home a lot.

I've finally started exercising. I've worked out 2 times in the last 3 days. Gotta lose the flab before I cut my hair.

EeeeeeW! That's COLD!! So far our low has been 8 above zero, and we have had a couple of December days where it almost got up to 50. NE Oregon winters can be bad, but almost always nothing like you describe...

As for exercising, congratulations! I still haven't started yet, but I have been thinking about it! Heh!

Hey! Don't remind me - that's my biggest fear of moving back. Well at least we could stay inside together and watch DVDs and bitch about Bush.

Have you tried yoga?

Hanging out with my bestfriend watching DVDs sounds excellent. Too bad you can't move back sooner. I haven't tried yoga. Would you recommend it?

Snave, at least you're thinking about exercising! It's a start! : )

I loved yoga when I did it last year after Mitchell was born. A friend of mine out here lost 35 pounds just from doing that. Now she's studying to be an instructor. It's amazing how it works if you keep up on it. Great for the mind, too. Now I should take some of my own advice.

I wish I were there, too, with you.

Oh well, at least you can spend time with friends here on the web. Come over and check out my "new look"! I've been having fun.

Very classy Snaver, loving the music list.

Thanks, Damien. I don't know if I have a lot of room left in the player, and I still have to get my New Zealanders loaded in! I did put the 19-song Crowded House "best of" in there, but I still have to get to the Neil Finn and others!

ive decided everyone on this site is smart. i dont know how i ended up here but i'm glad i did. i'm in jackson wyoming and its actually rather warm for this time of year although the snow in my woods is four feet deep. i wasnt feeling social enough to go skiing today hence the computer exploration. here if you dont get out and endorphine, (yes a verb) guilt overrides any other possible emotion. i'm housesitting my nieghbor's place and keep thinking about my unmade bed at home. this does not a loser make! right??
