Great Videos Lizzy. I think I know now why the Democrats refused to debate on Fox and their fair and balanced reports.

This video did not show it, but Giuliani had a really hard battle with Paul. He laughs at him, as if he was some type of joke and then preached his so old rhetoric about 9/11 that is really getting tired and worn out.

Paul held his on, and I am surprise the Republicans who were polled, picked him as their projected winner of the debates even though Fox hated that. Hannity and a lot of others seem to hate Paul for some reason and it's starting to show.

Well, LT, I think it is that Dr. Paul is exactly who he is, and doesn't morph to pander to anyone. He is exactly who he is, and in his case, he's a man of unquestionable integrity, intellectual honesty, and wisdom. I may disagree with a few of his views, but I respect the hell out of him, and I'm not surprised in the least that he won a debate.

In the interest of full disclosure, I had based my opinion of Congressman Dr. Ron Paul solely on his written answers. I'm more comfortable with the written form of the language for a number of reasons, and I feel it allows for a much greater depth of expression than some 30 second sound bite. I believe this was the first time I've actually listened to him speaking, and after hearing him, I honestly don't see why he's not a front-runner. Again, I don't agree with him on every issue, but I respect the hell out of him, and that's the first time I've been able to honestly say that about ANY presidential candidate in my experience as a voter. This will be the fourth presidential election for which I've been of age.

I really hope Ron Paul runs as an Independent. He is a forthright guy and I think he'll draw from the left, right and free thinkers.
There already seems to be many grass root type people getting his name out there, and I'd certainly vote for him over Hillary or Guilliani.

Thanks for posting these, Lizzy! It was great to see such a lively debate, as opposed to the same old crap from the neocons. Not that they would care, but I found it offensive that Guilliani laughed while Paul was speaking. I'm glad Paul ignored that, and that he had a lot of support in the audience.

Once again, Faux News is despicable. "Redialing." And snickering, just like Guilliani did. I think they hate Paul because Murdoch told them to. They wouldn't be able to control him.

The whole thing reminds me of when Perot ran and scared the bejeebus out of the establishment. There was a sudden all-out media attack on him for not being "specific." That's all you heard, 24/7. In fact, Perot said repeatedly that some of the problems at the time needed intelligent study before specifics could be determined. Duh.

So now, there's going to be snickering and laughter about Paul. The more his numbers go up, the worse it will get.

Same thing happened to my personal candidate, Obama. Faux News is still on this "Moslem" school crap, which was debunked way back when it first came up (and the source for that story was traced back to the Moonies - I kid you not.) They tried to put the blame on the Hillary camp, trying to get Obama and Clinton in a skirmish, but that didn't work.

Fox News lied??? Say it isn't so. But they're telling the truth about everything else aren't they? I mean, Iraq WAS connected with 9/11, wasn't it???

LT, My sister thinks the Dems should go on FOX more often. However, after watching how they treated Ron Paul (one of their own) I'd probably stay away, too. The snickering was shameful. And, the way the questions were being asked was extremely unbalanced.

MC, I agree with everything you said about Ron Paul. His honesty and forthrightness is exilarating. He would have my full support if it weren't for his desire to privatize everything and take away a woman's right to choose. However, if it came down to a choice between him & Hillary, which it won't, it would be a very tough call for me.

Laura, I agree. He should run as an Independent. Can he still do that, or is it too late?

Poli, Yep, Bush and Fox Noise are big fat liars. Hard to believe, huh.

Candace, The snickering was awful. Dr. Paul should've said something. It was so disrespectful.

Faux News is still trying to bring down Obama? No way! How could such a fair & balanced network do such a thing? ; )

Tom, Yep, they are definitely telling the truth about everything else. Oh how I admire them.

I think the reason Hannity, et al hate Ron Paul is that he isn't a warmongering neocon, like they are. He isn't concerned with gaining power like they all are, and he doesn's seem to want to step on and manipulate America to get into the White House, like they do.

The FOX-type media talkers are so into party loyalty and promoting the accretion of power for the president (probably thinking that the president WILL become all-powerful and that they want to be on record as being his supporters when he does) that they abandon their sense of reason. They won't oppose the neocon line because they are afraid to, and the fear shows in their fear-based and fear-laden rhetoric, their slogans, and their manipulations.

IMO, FOX "News" channel is pathetic. What they are doing here is not surprising at all... for example, remember how when the Foley news broke, FOX was showing pictures of Foley and labeling them "D-Florida"?

Thanks for posting the REAL numbers, Lizzy.

Lizzy, in the end, I think you know in your heart who you'd choose between Clinton and Paul, just like I know in my heart who I'd choose between Paul and Obama. In the end, those who care about the decision choose based on their principles and candidates' alignment with those principles, as well as candidates' record in adhering to those principles. When those principles disagree... that's when you see good people disagreeing over matters of principle.
