The Killers in St. Paul, tonight
Oh, the big rock concerts of my youth. Queen, Kiss, Elvis Costello, Elton John, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, The Clash, ELO, Cheap Trick, The Cars, The Police, and even the Bee Gees -- those were good times.
The concerts were always a blast, and going to school the next day in your concert t-shirt was the thing to do.
I was racking my brain to figure out the last arena rock show that I attended. I believe it was The Rolling Stones "Steel Wheels" tour in 1989.
Tonight I'm seeing The Killers in St. Paul. Me & my niece are big fans.
I think I'll get a t-shirt.

Um, last concert I attended wow...
Huey Lewis and the News in 1982 or 1983 I guess.
The first Yes in 1977 Squires on Bass guitar.
I'm not eager to attend another, I was invited to go see Roger Waters on the 22nd at Phillips but honestly - I hate the crowds, I'd rather go to a Jazz club.
I've seen Rush, Tom Petty, the Who and Fleetwood Mac at some big arenas over the past few years. I prefer the smaller clubs here in downtown Seattle.
Celebrated some good times tonight.
That's great, taking your neice to see a cool band like the Killers. Arena shows can be fun, although smaller venues and theaters are the best. I saw Dylan and Willie Nelson at a minor league baseball stadium that held 20,000 a few summers ago, thats the last big show I saw, but it was great.
Yeah, I like small shows better, too, but The Killers aren't playing anymore small clubs. : )
They were great. They sounded just like their albums..er, CDs.
