Rove/ Leiberman hacked own site

With the news coming out that Lamont supporters hacked Leiberman's website, I felt it was very important to say, don't believe it for a second, folks. It's a dirty trick that is right out of Karl Rove's playbook. Leiberman is deservedly trailing in the polls and this fake news was put out there to sway gullible undecided voters.

Connecticut voters, PLEASE don't fall for it. This race is of utmost importance to our country. If Lieberman wins, Hillary will be our candidate in 2008, and we will lose.

Ah, what a great poster!

How many years has it been now that the rightwingers have been telling us all that our country has a "liberal media"? Since Spiro Agnew made his comments before he left office? Longer? I hope that myth is beginning to be seen for what it is, and that the publication of books such as those by Bernard Goldberg have been written to perpetuate the myth as it begins to sag.

Anyway, Americans have been fed the "liberal media" lie so often for so long that they believe it as truth. How else could something like FOX News have ever started and become successful? I think the public had to become softened up to a certain point before FOX could have ever made it without being laughed off the air.

A corporate media it is, all right...
