Why was Dennis Kucinich excluded from the last debate?

Something stinks in Iowa.

A filmmaker goes in search of the truth, and comes up empty.

I watched the video and later went to Kucinich and found out that AARP may have had some doing with why not just Kucinich, but Gravel as well was not included in the Des Moines Iowa debates.

It's clear that the US has ceased to function as a democracy anymore, and is now in the hands of the special interests. As with Ron Paul on the right, the corpocracy doesn't want us to hear politicians who are off message about issues near and dear to their pocket books.

Maybe the party "leaders" are afraid of Kucinich, which would mean that he has more power than I thought he had.

How about a Kucinich/Ron Paul ticket? Now THAT would be something.

From the story that Let;s Talk linked to that both Kucinich and Gravel actually met the requirements.

But look, Iowa is not a polling state, it's a caucus state where you have to pay to "vote" so let's not fool ourselves ito thinking that it in any way represents democracy.

If I were to ever run for President (God save me) I wouldn't even look at the state and I'd say why right up front.

The whole system needs to be scrapped.
